The candidate Sr. Program Analyst will work with Project and Program Managers to track project progress from requirements definition through closeout.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing input to and maintaining the project scope, schedule, and budget for customer requirements

• Assisting the Program Execution Team Lead with overall reporting, to include customer and corporate requirements.

• Assist in de-conflicting multiple project schedules and allocated resources.

• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

• Participates in special projects as required.

• Supports review / management of Projects financials actuals vs. budget

• Supports collection / submission of Project closeout documentation

• Collects and reviews financial data from various sources.

• Performs basic analysis of assigned contracts projected staff hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.

• Supports assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested.

• Assists with the preparation of monthly status reports.

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 5-8 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
