Are you tired of turnover in your call center? Looking for a commuter-friendly employer? Look no further!! We’re seeking a Call Center Agent for a partner who offers a family-friendly atmosphere, a well-tenured staff, is metro-accessible, and is within walking distance of a large shopping center with a Whole Foods and several restaurants. This is a long-term opportunity with a schedule to keep you out of traffic!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer 50 – 60 inbound calls/day
  • Solve minor IT issues and/or answer questions from local business owners regarding their participation in surveys

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Previous call center experience required
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be willing to work 11 am – 8 pm, Monday - Friday
