Our growing team has an immediate opening for a Community Clinical Liaison. Reporting to the Executive Director of Premier Homecare, the Liaison is part of a cross-departmental sales team and is responsible for coordinating and generating new business and increasing admissions to our continuum of care for seniors, which includes homecare, hospice, mental health and other social service programs.  Additionally, s/he will actively contribute to development of the annual marketing plan(s) as well as establishing and exceeding appropriate sales performance targets. 

Qualified candidates must have 5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing/sales/business development in healthcare, hospice, senior living/home care industry; BSN and CHPN preferred.  Successful candidates must have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing business and relationship building strategies. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, top-notch critical thinking skills, time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.  Essential requirements include proficiency with MS Office, SalesForce preferred.  Qualified candidate must have reliable independent transportation.
