Responsible for analysis, organization, planning, and administration of IT asset management program. 

 

1. Develops and maintains Information Technology Infrastructure Library based asset management policies and standard operating procedures.  

 2. Follows applicable DOD policies, guidelines, and procedures for asset management.

 3. Leads inventory audits and monitors inventory control to maintain proper accountability.  

 4. Provides policy and procedure training for assigned staff.

 5. Work with OEM to tailor inventory management tool features to capture necessary hardware, software license, and warranty infomation. 

 

6. Develops inventory reports and analyses in support of customer requirements.   

7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 5-8 years of related experience in logistics with at least 3 of those years performing inventory control/management required. Prior experience with Issuetrak workflow and issue management software desired.
