Customer Service Representative
- Responsible for performing task relating to cashing checks. This includes identifying the customer, scanning the checks, and scanning identification.
- Responsible for testing Gold to be bought and ability to negotiate prices
- Responsible for Lotto and other retail Sales
- Must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of superior service
- Accuracy in accounting for all store inventory
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish to customers
- Minimum Education: One year of college education or equivalent. Attending college.
- Minimum Experience: One year experience in banking or retail sales
- Technical Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
