- Settle all customer complaints both internal and external
- Verify and collect all case information through email, telephone or any other forms of communication
- Solve all customer complaints through social media outlets
- Help in the process of developing customer service processes
- Manage and maintain master data
- Bring cases to the appropriate personnel when necessary
- Make sure appropriate customer service is being performed and provide any feedback to Customer Service Management
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends
- Professional and calm demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
