Job Summary/Company:
A growing technology solutions organization is seeking two Federal Business Development Managers to assist with their expansion to serve the government sector. This is an opportunity where your skill set and expertise will be an essential part of the organization’s growth and which offers an excellent compensation package!


  • Implement a sales strategy and campaign to target and engage the government market
  • Hunt to find new opportunities
  • Manage and develop existing relationships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision makers
  • Assist in the execution of contract capture plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Work across department lines to ensure overall company goals are met

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience selling into the federal government and the public sector with the IT arena
  • Experience providing a strategic/consultation sales solution
  • Experience with contract capture/proposals is a plus
  • Must have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong contacts within the federal government
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
