Online Account Representative

Justice Federal Credit Union seeks an Online Account Representative to assist in the processing of new account requests submitted via the on-line new accounts platform.
 

Duties for this position include:

  • Conducts perspective member interview, gathers information for account decisions, and inputs data into on-line account system.
  • Assists in ensuring the accurate tracking of on-line applications
  • Assists in communicating with members and/or perspective members in a timely manner through written or oral communications.
  • Assists in conducting routine audits, practices effective controls, and ensures that overall security of on-line account information is maintained
  • Knowledgeable of IRA, certificate of deposit, and trust accounts.
  • Informs members and perspective members about credit union services, identify member’s area of need, and promotes applicable product or service.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Six months to one year of banking, or credit union experience.
  • Outstanding customer relation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
