With a large number of projects underway, new staff is required in payroll for this well established client. 

The ideal candidate will act as a Coordinator between Administrative Staff and the Accounting department.  The position will cover:

  •  Processing Payroll for Field Personnel
  •  Complete New Hire information within the HR database
  • Review and edit various reports ; upload certified reports 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end payroll tax returns
  • respond to all employee requests
  • Degree in Accounting and minimum of 3 years Full Cycle Payroll Processing
  • Sage 300- specifically Timberline
  • 1-3 years in a Construction environment
  • excellent Communication and Time Management skills
