USGLC Summer 2017 Internships
The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition is seeking interested applicants for summer 2017 internships in five departments: Communications, Development, Government Relations, National Outreach, and Policy. Internships will run from May or June 2017 - August 2017 and include a paid stipend based on number of hours worked.
Communications: handles press releases, op-eds, website updates, social media, and email outreach to constituents and members.
Development: interacts with current and potential donors, and conducts research for upcoming strategic partnerships.
Government Relations: assists in outreach to congressional offices and monitoring legislation on the Hill.
National Outreach: maintains contact with Advisory Committee members and other supporters, and produces research on key states and other strategic targets.
Policy: monitors reports released from government agencies such as USAID and the State Department, as well as non-profits.
