Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Manager
The primary purpose of the position is to perform specialized analysis duties as an Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) manager and to conduct duties and functions associated with multi-intelligence (multi-INT) Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) activities. Provides real-time TPED support to USFOR-A, RS, and coalition operations. Ensures real- and near-real-time multi-INT reporting and analysis by all exploitation sections. Responsible for multi-INT operations and production affecting time critical targeting (TCT), direct threat warning, battle damage assessment, combat identification, combat search and rescue, multi-INT correlation, threat analysis, mapping, intelligence preparation of the battlespace, situation monitoring, and mission reporting. Provides multi-INT correlation of data from multiple ISR platforms and intelligence products. Requests dynamic sensor re-tasking in order to exploit time critical information not originally entered into the collection plan. Assesses the data and provides cross-sensor cueing/tips-offs to other platforms and exploitation sections improving multi-INT correlation. Prepares post-mission reports from analysis of target data for general intelligence and operational community consumption. Integrates up to date reporting and analysis into collection plans / mission coordination sheets to ensure optimization of platform collection. Education BS/BA Degree.
- Citizen of the United States.Possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. If the applicant has served in the military they must have received an honorable discharge as verified by a form DD-214 (U.S. Military). Personnel who have been discharged with a characterization of “General under other than honorable”, “Bad Conduct”, or “Dishonorable” are disqualified from this position.Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience with DoD equivalent Government agencies required with five (5) years at the tactical and operational levels.Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and Internet Explorer.Ability to respond rapidly and sufficiently to changing requirements, unexpected contingencies and other challenging situations.Ability to manage available resources in time sensitive situations.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Preferred experience with multi-INT cross correlationFluent in English.
- Available 24 hours a day, and will be on site a minimum of 12 hours per day.Working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust and hazardous harsh conditions.Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
