Systems - Network Administrator/Virtualization
SCE Virtualization Application Administrator; this role will provide integration support on the SCE Virtualization Environment at the Integration and Test Facility at Hanscom AFB; MA Highlights of Responsibilities ' Perform integration duties for new applications; including but not limited to coordinating design reviews; providing LOMs for expansion requirements and coordinating integration activities with the application team or integrator. ' Provide documentation of changes for application integration as well as documentation for data recovery; protection and migration. ' Perform system expansion or contraction planning activities. ' Provide VMWare engineering design and architecture support for the SCE migration into new physical and virtual data center locations. ' Provide engineering artifacts as required for C&A and other Information Assurance efforts ' Keep enterprise logical and system configuration documents and drawings. ' DOD 8570 Security certification (Security+ CE; etc) required ' Active DoD Secret clearance required. ' Virtual Server and SAN experience Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Qualifications 2-5 years of directly related experience in network administration and support. ' DOD 8570 Security certification (Security+ CE; etc) required ' Active DoD Secret clearance required. ' Virtual Server and SAN experience Preferred Education and Experience ' 3-5 years of IT-related experience. ' 1-3 years of hands-on VMWare ESX experience. ' Experience with the application of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) ' Understanding of the DISA STIG requirements.
