Well-established and rapidly expanding boutique real estate firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their team.  This position will provide direct administrative support to the President and Owner of the firm.  This is a highly visible role that will include heaving interaction with clients, performing administrative support for the President, handling personal errands/requests as needed, reviewing real estate contracts for accuracy, assisting with office management functions and more!  This is an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys direct right arm support to an engaging and highly successful business entrepreneur in the Washington metro area. 

We are seeking a sharp, college graduate with 4-6 years administrative support experience to support this Executive.  This is a full-time permanent role with full benefits, exciting work culture, and chance to work with a terrific team of real estate professionals! 

Candidates must have:

- min. 4-6 years administrative experience

- experience in Real estate industry a plus but not required

- strong attention to detail

- excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to work over-time as requested
