Experience with Video Teleconference (VTC) and Unified Communications (UC) technologies 2.Experience with media/VTC/UC vendors and technologies such as Tandberg, Polycom, VBrick, Cisco, Vidyo, AMX, etc.3. Comprehensive knowledge of VTC service and support to include scheduling, monitoring, administrative support and technical assistance to VTC customers across multiple sites4. Experienced with DISA GVS operational concepts and how to use and train others how to register and use the system.5. Outstanding customer service skills, and experience fielding and troubleshooting customer questions and issues6. Experience supporting communications/media systems such as: phone conference systems, VTC systems, UC interfaces, live and delayed streaming video, and digital signage technologies7. Effective verbal and written communications, including preparing and delivering written and graphical presentations to senior management8. Strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude9. Must have experience in VTC operations in a DoD environment.10. Must be familiar with network transports including ISDN and IP. 11. Experience working in a large enterprise customer environment PerformsVTC technical assistance to local users on an as needed basis.12. Provide recommendations to management on improved equipment reliability and conference quality.13. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.14. Must be willing to work all shifts, days - evening - night shift15. May provide work leadership to less-experienced technicians.16. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.17. Participates in special projects as required. Education Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Qualifications 1-3 years of directly related experience supporting engineering operations.
