Researches, monitors and analyzes geospatial intelligence data and makes recommendations based on that data.

 1. Provides analysis and research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.

 2. Prepares assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.

 3. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational success.

 4. Collects data using a combination of standard geospatial intelligence methods and business processes.

 5. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

 6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

 7. Participates in special projects as required

Education Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or military discipline.

 Master's Degree preferred.

Qualifications 10-15 years of related experience supporting geospatial intelligence operations.

 Mandatory Qualifications:

at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in GEOINT processing and exploitationexperience with military processes and staffing actions, geospatial data flows, and understanding theater operational and collection requirements to satisfy these specific needscapable of lifting 25lbs or greater
    Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
Desired Qualifications:

8-10 years’ experience in GEOINT processing and exploitationunderstanding of imagery technology and techniques to include LIDAR and EO sensors; NADIR and Off-NADIR collection; 3D Mapping products; Dense Urban Environment 3D model generationexperience with the following:
    developing and implementing data processing algorithms (engineering requirement) , techniques, and tools to enhance system data processing throughputprocessing LIDAR and EO data at OCONUS flight operations basesproviding near real-time data quality, completeness, and products analysiscontinually improving methods of rapid delivery of data to operational customersdeveloping alternative methods for moving, transferring, formatting, and cataloging collected data for  maximum inter-agency dissemination and utilizationconducting experiments, demonstrations, test and evaluations of sensor to display data assessing accuracy, reliability, and operational utility of remote sensing and C4ISR geospatial intelligence collection systemsperforming Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A)
