Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of Cable Television (CATV)

1. Monitors and responds to CATV signal issues using hardware and software testing tools and techniques.

2. Installs and configures network hardware and software.

3. Provides CATV troubleshooting and support.

4. Provides technical support and training to end-users.

5. May administer network security.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. 7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.

Qualifications 1-3 years of related 

related experience supporting CATV operations.

Personnel in this labor category are considered experts in the field. Lead level experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, alignments, testing, and troubleshooting of CATV broadcast equipment as specified in the task order to include:
