1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
2. Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and may assist in performing in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual and schedule objectives are met. Alerts management in the event objectives are at risk of not being met.
5. Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
6. Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
7. Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
8. Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
9. Serve as liaison between program employees and host base support units.
10. Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
11. May perform business development activities.
12. Participates in special projects as required.
13. Must have effective organizational skills.
14. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
15. Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
16. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
17. Must develop comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.
18. Must possess a US Secret Security Clearance and be capable of obtaining a US TS/SCI Security Clearance. 
19. Must be able to achieve ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire.
20. Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
