Operations Team Coordinator
is currently seeking an experienced leader to serve in the role as an
Operations Team Coordinator for our SEP/SAE team in Virginia Beach, VA.
In the position of the “Operations Team Coordinator” you directly and indirectly lead multiple processes as well as people. The Strategic Expansion Partnership (SEP/SAE) team processes are integrated into multiple-projects within Customer Operations. The SEP/SAE team responsibilities include several focus areas: Eligibility/Enrollment, Claims, System Administration, Healthcare Information systems, Project Management and process improvement. Therefore, a broad spectrum of Healthcare knowledge is preferred and strong leadership skills are required.
In the role, Operations Team Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing daily operational activities
- Effectively managing risks and pursuing opportunities in a fast changing business environment
- Production of documentation and the handoff to appropriate parties
- Working closely with management and project managers to identify tasks and objectives
- Work with frontline staff in order to manage production
and your personal and professional growth!
The Team Coordinator for Business & Systems Integration supervises day to day activities and staff involving auditing, training, business requirements development, system testing, KPI metrics and reports for the operational areas to include claims, system admin, and enrollment. Acts in a position of project manager for operational related projects in their functional area.
