Job Responsibilities:

1. Provides application development and technical support for customer websites.

2. Collaborates with graphic artists to develop web page graphics that support interactive; marketing-focused content.

3. Provides technical consultation in new systems development; new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems.

4. Prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written; and then designs; codes; tests; debugs and documents programs.

5. Participates in the technical design; development; testing; implementation and maintenance of website enhancements.

6. Conducts systems tests; monitors test results; and takes appropriate corrective action.

7. May prepare technical user guides.

8. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

9. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training or work experience. Qualifications ? Minimum 5 Yrs Experience

? IAT Level II or IAM Level I certification (GSEC; Security+CE; SSCP; CCNA-Security; CAP; GSLC)

? ITILv3 Foundations



Unique/Additional Requirements: In this position the SharePoint Developer will provide support to the project lead and assist in the development of the solution; developing web code and workflows; implement technical solution components and participate in the overall development efforts for the SharePoint User Portal. The Developer will provide support to the integrated project team and use their experience to assist in the development of the business portals; KM/CM workflow and business concepts all in an effort to ensure the success of customer. Daily duties include; ? Configuring and troubleshooting SharePoint service applications; including Search and Excel Services; User Profiles; Workflow Provisioning and configuring SharePoint solutions; features; sites; workflows; web parts; and master pages. ? Configuring and troubleshooting SharePoint security groups; permissions; and settings. Working with developers to migrate SharePoint applications/solutions from test to production. ? Working with Database Administrators to configure and monitor SharePoint database servers Designing; implementing; and testing effective SharePoint farm backup and recovery processes. ? Identify and post content to web pages. ? Contribute to the design efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings. ? Assist in designing websites to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications. ? Provide development and content that will motivate users so that they regularly access the website and utilize it as a major source for information and decision-making.
