In coordination and with direction from Market Manager; responsible for the overall Operations management of a large subset of construction projects within a geographic region. Responsible for reporting Operations Production; financial and business metrics; Ensures construction projects are completed on time; quality and to the client's satisfaction. Responsible for staffing; selecting and managing construction teams performing to project plans; setting project goals/deadlines; and evaluating performance. Generally manages all of the Operations Projects within a Regional Metro; directly leading a number of Construction Managers responsible for construction of a specific geographical section of the Metro build-out. Education Requires BS/BA degree. Qualifications Requires 8-10 years experience.

May require a bachelor's degree with at least 4 - 6 years of management level experience in the telecommunication and/or construction field. Comprehensive knowledge with a variety of the business concepts; practices; and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected





Working on the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Project in Oklahoma City; OK. If the activities/responsibilities of this position require the incumbent to use a personal; rented; leased; or a company owned vehicle to drive on behalf of GDIT; the candidate's driving record will be reviewed and will be used in assessing suitability for placement. Such activities/responsibilities include: Driving to; from; and/or between work sites or business locations; driving to/from customer/vendor meetings; driving to transport or retrieve documents to/from customer/vendors or any place of business; or; driving in conducting office errands where running errands is a part of the customary activities/responsibilities of the position.
