Summary: Serve as the Manager for the III Corps Mission Training Complex Task Order. Responsible for Hub and Spoke operations supporting Mission Command Training capabilities at Ft. Hood; Ft. Riley; Ft. Bliss; Ft. Carson; Ft. Sill and Ft. Knox supporting over 300 employees. Provide supervision over MTC Site leads and overall program management of the Task Order. Provides vision and leadership to Site Leads of the MTCs and works closely with the Government Director to ensure that overall program / task order objectives are met. Overall responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned programs. Assures quality of program products; services; and deliverables; including participating in reviews; audits; and site visits. Performs business development activities; including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals. Performs program financial management services; including financial analysis; budget and cost quote preparation; cost management; reconciliation; and profit. Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances. Develops; reviews; and approves plans; schedules; consulting agreements and other program documents. Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to customer and senior management as requested. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Master's Degree in Management; Business Administration; Computer Science; Mathematics; or related discipline. Bachelor's degree acceptable with additional experience (listed below).



Experience: Five years of experience in the management of projects or programs of similar size; scope and complexity or eight years' experience if candidate only has a bachelor's degree. Minimum of ten years of experience in support project/study management. Senior Service College (SSC) (preferred) or equivalent level military schooling. Prior battalion command (brigade command preferred). At least eight of the ten years of experience within upper level management positions. Must have a minimum of two years of experience in managing an office executing a variety of contracts covering multiple functional areas. Recent MC training at Battalion command level or higher; in-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators; and constructive simulations and gaming experience are preferred. Qualifications 10-12 years of related program management experience.



Secret Clearance required; prior TS preferred.
