Primary: Analysis and support in planning and development of schedules; laboratory/equipment configuration and utilization; plans for MILCON; pre-com and replacement officer training; and enlisted personnel training utilizing the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) AEGIS Training and Engineering Accessibility Model (A- TEAM) LAN for input of CSCS Detachment schedules and serve as a member of the A-TEAM working group representing CSCS includes meeting regularly with engineering and computer systems management personnel at SCSC; Naval Surface Warfare Center; Dahlgren Division (NAVSWCDD); and Naval Ship Weapons Systems Engineering Station (NSWSES) to ensure proper scheduling for equipment to meet training requirements.



1. Coordinates the development and delivery of complex engineering test and analysis as well as training schedule/programs and related materials in support of CSCS objectives.

2. Maintains records of testing; analysis and training activities; laboratory utilization; and overall Systems Engineering and Training Analysis program effectiveness.

3. Provides work leadership to lower level employees; including evaluating the effectiveness of their Systems Engineering and Training Analysis program; and may have supervisory responsibilities.

4. Will serve as technical team or task lead.

5. Conducts research into new Systems Engineering and Training Analysis educational; and multimedia technologies.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

7. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical certifications or training; or work/military experience. Qualifications 2 years experience in coordinating schedules of test facilities and laboratories in support of Systems Engineering and Training Analysis.

Must possess 8-10 years experience and detailed technical knowledge of the U.S. Surface Combatant platform and associated warfighter characteristics and capabilities for those platforms specifically to include Cruiser and Destroyer configurations in use by deployed fleets. An in-depth understanding of the interrelationship between U.S. Surface Combatant configurations; fleet readiness requirements; and land based test sites including training commands is required. Prior experience as OIC CSCS Detachment / AEGIS STO / CSMM / Test Director / CSCS-ATRC Lab Coordinator/Scheduler is highly desired



Requires travel up to 10 % of time including international travel; must be fit enough to embark ship for 5-10 days. Experienced Incumbent candidates encouraged to apply: signing bonus available upon contract award for candidate with significant experience and technical acumen.
