Apply a broad spectrum of technologies in support of technical training which including Artificial Intelligence; Computer Based Training; Tele-training; Web-based training and analysis; and on-the- job training in support of CSCS Systems Engineering and Training Analysis. Position requires in-depth understanding of Electronic Classroom (ECR) environments; Tele-training integration; Distributed Learning; and ability to develop installation and maintenance plans for ECRs. Must have experience and expertise in reviewing; updating and evaluating Navy Training Management corporate database systems; capability to assist in the annual review of manpower requirements; monitor data; and provide recommendations on manning issues.

1. Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a Systems Engineering and Training Analysis contract in support of CSCS.

2. Develops plans; including budgets and schedules; and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for Systems Engineering and Training Analysis contract in support of CSCS.

3. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.

4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual; cost; and schedule objectives are met.

5. Interacts regularly with CSCS Systems Engineering and Training Analysis personnel to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

6. May perform business development activities.

7. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work experience. Qualifications 3 years' experience in the application of a broad spectrum of technologies used to conduct technical training which include Artificial Intelligence; Computer Based Training; Tele-training; Web-based training and analysis; and on-the- job training.



Requires travel up to 10 % of time including international travel; must be fit enough to embark ship for 5-10 days. Experienced Incumbent candidates encouraged to apply: signing bonus available upon contract award for candidate with significant experience and technical acumen.
