Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office; group or customer.

   

  ' Performs a variety of general administrative tasks; such as preparing reports and correspondence; answering phones; filing; and sorting and distrib-uting mail; in support of the day-to-day operations of an office; group or customer.

  ' Compiles various contract; program; and financial data for use in the preparation of monthly status reports.

  ' Collects and inputs timesheet data into automated accounting system and processes labor corrections.

  ' Processes purchasing requisitions; invoices for consultants and subcontractors; and travel and expense reports.

  ' Serves as a point of contact for office or group on issues related to accounting; human resources; purchasing; and other departments; as well as external contacts such as customers; vendors; and subcontractors.

  ' Participates in special projects as required.

 TSO  Education Associates Degree in a related business discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work experience.

Qualifications 5-8 years of related administrative experience.

    ? Effective administrative and organizational skills. ? Proficiency in the use of general office equipment; such as type-writer; fax machine; photocopier; and personal computer. ? Proficiency in the use of basic office-related software applica-tions; such as Word; Excel; and PowerPoint. ? May require proficiency in the use of specialized software appli-cations; depending on job as-signment. ? Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures; and a familiarity with the business op-erations of assigned office/group
