Responsible for the activities of the Program Management Team in the execution of the support service contract to Mission Command Training Program. Directly responsible for the management and execution for contract data requirement list (CDRL) deliveries; including reports; plans; and notifications. Develops and maintain financial reporting; analysis of cost records; cost allocation process; forecasting; Estimate at Completion (EAC's) and other financial related analysis. As Business Manager responsible for the daily operations; training and professional development of assigned military analysts. Assist as required in the hiring; training and evaluation of new employees. Serve as the principle coordinator between the contracting officer representative and the contracting officer on all technical aspects of the contract

Education Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited institution; preferred Masters Degree in a related field

   Qualifications - 10-15 years of related experience in the defense contracting industry; including supervisory experience

  - Experience working with Finance; Contracts; and Procurement organizations

  - Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

    - Excellent communication; effective leadership and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of United States Government Accounting practices - Knowledge of various computer programs (ex: Excel; PowerPoint; Word; etc.) - Secret Security Clearance -
