Provides technical; administrative; and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks.

1. Provides technical; administrative; and operational management of assigned projects; including contract and subcontractor management.

2. Supervises assigned staff; including subordinate managers.

3. Develops technical project plans; proposals; reports; and task order and administrative reporting.

4. Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.

5. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.

6. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.

7. Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.

8. Interacts with vendors; other agencies; and other client staff on behalf of the client.

9. Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

10. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

12. Participates in special projects as required. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical training; or work/military experience. Qualifications 10-12 years of related experience; including supervisory experience.

Required Skills & Experience: 1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience creating and implementing repeatable processes for identifying data holdings 2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience reviewing datasets for completeness; potential issues and inter-dependencies 3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing a set of performance measurements and implementing a performance metrics system 4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting senior leadership in the development of an overarching data strategy to enable meeting long term data needs 5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing standardized communication mechanisms for reporting on data progress and interaction with partners 6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience assisting; organizing; supporting; and documenting the results of meetings Desired Skills and Experience: 1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the Sponsor or Sponsor's partner's structure and mission 2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience conducting research related to the Sponsor's mission 3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience producing comprehensive bi-weekly status reports 4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience producing communication artifacts and templates 5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience as a technology-savvy analyst knowledgeable in all-source analysis 6. Substantive knowledge of terrorism issues
