General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is preparing to support the Army's Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) contract; located at Fort Leavenworth; KS. MCTP is the Chief of Staff of the Army's premier program to train leaders and provide commanders the opportunity to train on Mission Command through realistic and rigorous simulation-based exercises. MCTP supports training for Army forces from the Brigade to Joint Forces Land Component Command (JFLCC) levels at global locations. Team GDIT is currently seeking highly skilled professionals interested in contributing their expertise to assist in training Army commands to Win in a Complex World. All positions require at a minimum a Secret clearance.

 Technical Team Leader

  Operations Group Team Chiefs

 Scenario Design Chief

 World Class Opposing Force (OPFOR) Chief Exercise Planners Subject Matter Experts (SEMs) in the following areas: - Cyber - Information Operations  - Electronic Warfare

  - Counter-IED and biometrics

  - Non-Governmental Organizations

  - Counter-Insurgency

 - Law Enforcement  Military Analysts

 Modeling and Simulation Experts (WARSIM) analysts; database experts; systems administrators Database Security specialists

 VTC Technicians  Audio Visual Technicians

 Administrative Assistants

 Supply specialists Work Station Controllers (Full and Part Time)

  Education Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work/military experience.

Qualifications Experience required will be determined by the position the individual is considered for

 Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance
