C#/.NET Application Developer
· Troubleshoot system software problems, provides technical guidance to users in overcoming difficulties with software, network, or OS. · Applies administrator subject matter knowledge in order to document, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, and installation of enterprise systems. · Monitor and manage application system resources to maintain operating efficiency. · Identifies, analyzes and documents requirements and schedules resources related to application support and maintenance. · Coordinate with development teams to enhance application functionality. · Work with network engineers, system administrators, database administrators, and security engineers to overcome application and environmental obstacles. · Complete After Action Reports after all outages, Planned and Unplanned.· Deploy new applications to the Test and Production environments following established protocols. This includes research of requirements, requesting servers/equipment, coordinating other team assistance, writing RFC/updating documentation, deploying the application and troubleshooting any arising issues. · System Administrators must attend customer and internal department meetings. Education Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Qualifications 5-8 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience (C#/.NET).
