The Project Integrator will work extensively with project sponsors, managers, customers, end users, developers, and SMEs from all levels of the organization to produce high-quality results and deliverables. Successful candidates will have strong communication and organization and a positive attitude. This candidate should have a strong background in written technical and customer communications, requirements collection and analysis, system and user acceptance testing, and a good understanding of the system development lifecycle. It is also desirable that the candidate have exposure to project management and the PM framework.
- Execute the full Project Management Framework, to including preparing for all control gates and execution of project activities
- Work closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and overall goals are met
- Plan, facilitate and document project management meetings.
- Create project documentation as required by the PM Framework and as documented in the project charter
- Verifying and validating lifecycle development and activities, to include: requirements analysis and design, creating test scripts, executing system testing, documenting bugs and requests for change, regression testing, etc.
- Work closely with service providers, or other dependency/integration point organizations, to ensure positive relations and successful partnership outcomes.
- Develop/manage/execute all marketing, communication, and change management plans.
- Work in a team environment hand-in-hand with the program managers, contractor project managers, systems engineers, system integrators, developers, and customers to ensure a successful project outcome.
- Conduct general admin duties (meeting logistics, etc).
- Stay current with Project Management and team best practices.
- Translates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
- Supports the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.

  1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.

 2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

 3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

 4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

 5. Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

 6. Performs business development activities.

 7. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.

 8. Serves as a team or task leader.

 9. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.



Qualifications Required skills/experience:

1) 2+ years of Project Integration Experience to include: scope, schedule, resource, risk, communication, and change management
2) Creating high quality project management deliverables (ie, project charter, WBS, change management plan, risk matrix, etc)
3) Experience with requirements analysis and management
4) Experience with systems verification and validation
5) Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills. Must have experience planning and facilitating project management meetings and/or requirement gathering meetings. Must be very comfortable leading meetings and speaking in front of groups. Experience creating agendas and writing minutes.
6) Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, while still being able to execute with minimal supervision.
7) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8) Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders from a variety of levels and backgrounds.



Desired skills/experience:

1) Exposure to iBPM or ServiceNow technologies
2) Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical executable plans. Ability to understand whole-system while delivering discrete functionality.
3) Experience with the Sponsor application security, certification, and accreditation procedures.
4) Experience working on workflow automation projects.
5) Exposure to Sponsor Security Reporting processes.



10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
