Integrated Master Scheduler
GENERAL SUMMARY: Create and maintain an achievable Integrated Master Schedule; Provides leadership and direction to project managers and control account managers in the proper application of earned value management including work quantification, measurement techniques, data analysis, and corrective actions. Works under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create infrastructure for IMS based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure; assign appropriate fields required for Earned Value ManagementGuide Control Account Managers and Technical Team in detail planning the scope assigned to the Control Accounts into work packages and or planning packagesEnsure the interdependencies between the tasks in the IMS are correct Develop an achievable critical path for total program and contractual milestonesGuide the team in populating the IMS with the data to run Schedule Risk AssessmentPerform headcount analysis to ensure resources properly assignedAssign Performance Measurement Techniques to the work packages within the IIMSPrepare extracts for Statusing and Estimate to Complete assessment each monthImplement and maintain Schedule Change ControlEstablish the Performance Measurement BaselineImplement Baseline Change Management Ensure CWBS is properly updated and currentConduct weekly IMS reviews with program team including subcontractorsIntegrate subcontractors into the IMSProcess monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS reporting -Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions -Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studiesPerform a wide range of project management functions on behalf of the government client. These include analyzing requirements, drafting project documentation, and evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance establishing and maintaining applicable policies, and projecting out-year requirementsActively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis.Develop program WBS, schedule and budgets Monitor and analyze program cost and schedule performance Education: SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Advanced technical knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, work processes, and applicable regulations in assigned subject-matter area(s). May require advanced knowledge of specific hardware, software, and computer equipment. Experience with Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM) preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field. Masters Degree preferred.
