Act as Systems Engineer providing Tier 3 support to DISA for the SIPR REL and SIPR Fed DMZs. Candidates must be experienced in enterprise network operations and familiar with integrating new components into existing networks. Hands-on systems administration experience in support of production Windows server environments is preferred.  



Basic Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and operational management of technical infrastructure, with an emphasis on VMware 5.x virtualization, enterprise storage, blade technology and Windows Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, multi-datacenter environmentMinimum 3 years of experience in System hardening, vulnerability remediation, and DISA STIGsExperience working in a highly virtualized environment using VMWare (preferred), Hyper-V, Xen, Etc.Experience with SANs, clustering, and storage virtualization, replication and fabric switch management. Knowledge of all flash array enterprise storage desirableTrack record of designing, deploying and supporting Windows Server and Linux operating Systems in data centersHands on experience working in a datacenter covering rack space, power and coolingDefine and administer all aspects of multiple Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 Active Directory environmentsPerform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy managementProvide general support activities to restore service in break/fix situationsAssist with the creation of documentation for various server processesAssist with Windows Server business continuity exercises, as needed      Requirements: 
    Security+ requiredDoD Secret clearance required.

Unique/Additional Requirements 


MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, desired, but not required.

Previous experience in a DoD customer environment is beneficial.

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related systems engineering experience.
