Manages the installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment at company and customer sites.


 1. Directly, and through subordinate supervisors, manages employees engaged in the Installation, maintenance, repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, modification, construction and testing of various types of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and related devices.

 2. Typically supervises exempt Field Engineers as well as non-exempt Field Technicians.

 3. Develops schedules and assigns work to meet critical customer deadlines.

 4. Ensures that proper records and other documentation are maintained.

 5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

 6. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
