Position Description


The VTC Administrator will provide support to a critical program with our Federal Law Enforcement Customer.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Tasks include, but not limited to, configuration updates, periodic system configuration audits, system patching, performing prescribed maintenance, implementing approved change requests and coordinating system changes with user and other Ops staff as required

Education Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 5+ yrs of IT related work experience

  • Familiarity with switches, TCP/IP networks and subnetting, digital media converters, video cameras, speaker systems as well as be able to perform/handle COMSEC equipment duties
  • Knowledge of VTC technology and equipment and coordinating VTC type meetings across multiple sites
  • Experience troubleshooting all VTC hardware and software issues
  • Experience and knowledge of audio and video standards as well as LAN/WAN connections
  • Experience installing and supporting video teleconferencing equipment, secure wireless voice and data devices and on-site maintenance
