Provide front-line support to users by troubleshooting and resolving problems, answering technical questions, and enabling operational continuity.  Monitor trouble ticket queues, respond to user requests for support, and document solutions.  Work closely with other support teams with the goal of providing a high level of customer satisfaction

Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field

Qualifications a. 4-6 years of experience in an information technology field
b. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows-based workstation
c. TCP/IP LAN troubleshooting
