Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.   

 1. Analyzes Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation program requirements, status, budget and schedules with particular emphasis on AFRICOM Programs.. 

 2. Performs FMS and Security Cooperation program management, technical reviews, or case analyses.

 

3. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

 4. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.

 5. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

 6. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

 7. Participates as a member of a the Security Cooperation Team at the Defense Secuirty Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) and/or supports the overall FMS Program.

 8. Collects, organizes and interprets logistics and transportation information relating to product programs.

 

9. Applies policies and procedures for Security Cooperation transportaiton and logistics planning.

 

10. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.  5 years of Security Cooperation experience preferred. 

Qualifications 2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
