• Manage contents of 10,000 sq ft warehouse operations including receipt, stocking, staging, kitting and delivery processing to multiple delivery locations of both customer & government furnished equipment. • Assists with development of inventory control and logistics policies, processes and procedures. Identifies and recommends improvements to current processes and procedures. • Maintains accurate records of all activities, including inventory audits, deliveries, and transfers • Follows established policies and procedures for obtaining quotations, examining bids, placing orders, and expediting deliveries • Reviews purchase requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness • Update and maintain inventory control and logistics databases; accurately tracking stock locations and when equipment is moved to site • Knowledge of how products go through the cycle • Enters data into automated systems, runs reports, and performs related duties with minimal supervision. Performs requirements analysis and gap studies to help improve automated systems

 

Education Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications 3-5 years of related inventory management experience.

 

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Able to climb stairs, operate pallet jack and lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis Potential future need: Operate GDIT forklift and other MHE to execute warehouse operations to include off-loading and loading of vehicles and/or shelving Potential future need: Able to drive box truck, pick up with trailer, and forklift
