Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.

 1. Manages employees engaged in the development, testing and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.

 2. The candidate will direct the efforts of an expanding team of world class game developers, programmers, graphic artists, and instructional designers across a wide range of projects for both military and commercial customers. An extensive knowledge of military (and initially shipboard) procedures, normal operations, casualty operations, training scenarios, maintenance operations, configuration, and damage control is key to being able to relate to both customers and the development team.  The candidate will be the primary interface with the customer and will conduct not only hands on leadership for development, but also delivery.  Some travel, primarily within the Continental United States will be required.  The job is located in Chesapeake, VA and will require residence in the Tidewater area.

Education Bachelor of Science in a technical curriculum (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research); PreferredTechnical certification (e.g. Nuclear Power training, Advanced Combat System training (TAO course of equivalent); PreferredMaster of Science in a technical curriculum;  Desirable. Qualifications 8-10 years of related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs, including supervisory experience.

    Ability to apply Virtual Environment capability to a wide range of scenarios such  Engineering Casualty Control, Damage Control, Weapons System operations,  Maintenance operations, Complex planningBasic knowledge of common Game Engine tools or technologyBasic familiarity with common programming languages such as C+, C++,
