Full Time
 Provides support; information; and expertise to Recruiting and Outreach team for major federal contract. Supports internal operations staff by providing support for recruiting functions and Outreach support as needed. This includes tracking applicants in MS Excel and applicant tracking system.

 Ability to work in a flexible; evolving organizational structure; work closely with associate recruiters to share best practices; provide assistance on critical needs; and help coordinates initiatives. Assists Recruiting Manager in developing new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Assist in all level of Outreach activities. 

 Initiative; creativity; and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective communication and writing skills; including ability to mediate sensitive areas and resolve conflict. Knowledge of diverse cultures and awareness of cultural nuance a plus. Fluency in foreign language(s) a plus.


   Assist in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Develop specific plans for identification and recruiting of employees- called members; who are knowledgeable; if not representative; of multi-cultural groups in the United States and possess foreign language capabilities.

  Develop social network relationships to ensure consistent applicant flow.

   Meets with recruiting management to obtain their input for recruiting and Outreach strategies; and input and feedback progress of those activities.

   Develops and maintains professional relationships with university and college placement offices; community organizations; associations; technical school placement offices; and other relevant groups as a source of qualified applicants who are knowledgeable; if not representative; of multi-cultural groups in the United States.

  Investigate plans; schedules; coordinates; and attends conferences; job/career fairs; Festivals; etc. with appropriate staff to generate a source of language qualified applicants.

  Coordinates recruiting requirements with outside sources such as job posting web sites and state and federal agencies.

 Participate in research and analyzing Outreach and recruiting statistics; and prepares reports related to these activities including employment; retention; turnover statistics; etc.


Maintains current knowledge of the practices; procedures; and processes of recruiting and Outreach.

  Assist in developing and conducts training programs for recruiters and managers designed to improve recruiting; Outreach and hiring efficiencies.

 Implements and monitors process improvements.

 Assist in developing annual Outreach and recruiting budget. Coordinates recruiting requirements with outside sources such as job posting web sites and state and federal agencies.

 Assist in processing applications-full cycle recruitment of members.

 Other duties as needed.

 Requires some travel.


         Education Requires BS/BA degree. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources; Business Administration; or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work experience.

Qualifications Requires 2-5 years experience.

   Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Applicant Tracking System a plus.

Advance MS office skills a plus.
