The Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics at Georgetown University (Washington, DC) is looking for a qualified candidate for a Clinical Database Technical Programmer position. The incumbent willdesign and develop clinical systems for the electronic data capture of Lombardi's clinical trials data and other information in support of the Clinical Research Management Office (CRMO) operations. This position willdirectly impact the CRMO by providing a solid IT infrastructure for clinical trials data collection and management. This position enables a strong informatics presence in the clinical trials space which is essential for clinical program grants. Incumbent should have demonstrated educational and work experience (4+ years) in the area of clinical data capture and management. This position requires staying current with the latest electronic data capture technologies and be highly experienced with the Oracle Clinical electronic data capture system as well as with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).Knowledge of SQL, understanding of relational database concepts, experience with relational databases, ETLs, Oracle, and Oracle Clinical experience and/or Medidata Rave is required.
