    In addition to the applicable Basic Requirements above, applicants must meet the following Minimum Qualifications to qualify for the GS-11:

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.  Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

    1) Assisting with negotiating and administering construction contracts to ensure specifications and quality assurance are in compliance; 2) Utilizing knowledge of engineering/architectural concepts, theories, principles, practices, and techniques to provide assistance with planning, designing, constructing and maintaining a wide range of engineering projects; and 3) Developing creative and technically sound solutions to problems not remedied by standard and pre-defined processes. NOTE: THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
    OR
    You must have at least 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree; or you have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. This education was in a field directly related to the position in which you are applying.  NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETE COPY OF YOUR TRANSCRIPTS OR AN ITEMIZED LIST OF COLLEGE COURSES WHICH INCLUDES EQUIVALENT INFORMATION FROM THE TRANSCRIPT (i.e. school name, course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned).
