4. Maintains records of department expenses and monitors department budget.

The Secretary III provides professional secretarial support to the assigned Dept. as directed by the Director. Works with minimal supervision and coordinates activities related to support hospital wide initiatives. The Secretary III manages daily operations of the office. Actions and attitude that contributes to the critical success factors of the organization.

College degree preferred along with a strong medical office work experience. Ability to work independently and handle a mult-task environment. Great customer service, PC and organizational skills required. Typing 40+ WPM.

Work Schedule

Full time days Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
