Job Summary Westat is seeking a Systems Analyst specializing in Windows desktop engineering, configuration, security, and support to ensure top-notch technical support for enterprise use of PCs, applications, network, and related services.   Job Responsibilities: ·     You will work on a team of technical staff responsible for configuration, security, and support of enterprise office PC systems and software, using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for imaging and deploying workstation configurations & software, updates, and patches for Windows and workstation software. ·     You will also be responsible for antivirus/antimalware system administration, monitoring, and response in coordination with our systems security teams. ·     You will work closely with colleagues responsible for corporate email services, Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access, and desktop video conferencing systems (including WebEx and Skype for Business). 
Job Requirements:
·     A bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer-related field and at least (5) years of relevant technical support experience. ·     Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7/10, PC hardware, Office 2010/2013/2016, including Lync/Skype for Business and remote access. ·     Hands-on experience with SCCM
Candidates should have solid understanding of networking (e.g., Ethernet, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for interacting with technical and non-technical colleagues, including senior project directors and corporate management, in person and via email and phone.  Experience and skills should include working independently and with technical teams, managing multiple tasks and priorities, strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and familiarity with Windows systems and security standards.  Experience with meeting/conference technology is strongly desirable.  Experience supporting Mac OS is a plus.  The position offers growth potential and opportunities for increased responsibilities.
