Senior Compliance Analyst

The Senior Compliance Analyst reports to the Associate Vice President (AVP) Organizational Integrity and Internal Audit (OI/IA) & Chief Privacy Officer. This position facilitates, develops, executes and monitors activities related to compliance policies and procedures, training and education, investigations and conflicts of interest. Under the supervision of the AVP, the Senior Compliance Analyst confirms adherence to federal and state laws affecting AHC. Additionally, the incumbent collaborates with entity personnel to meet the objectives of the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. The role also provides subject matter expertise to the Privacy and Security Manager and Internal Audit Manager as needed.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, healthcare or related field;
Five (5) years of work experience in a business or healthcare environment, including compliance, investigations, regulatory, research or related field;
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and/or Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of health care compliance concepts and practices;
PC skills including OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook;
Experience in or ability/willingness to learn electronic incident management software;
