In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing the ANA Standards and the Nursing Process on our nationally accredited (by the (ACS) and (ASMBS)) 24 bed Inpatient Med/Surg Surgical Bariatric Unit as a Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program Accredited Center.
In addition to the year of Med/Surg nursing experience, you will need to be licensed as an RN in the state of Maryland (or other Nurse Licensure Compact State) and have your American Heart Association BLS certification. Ideally, we would like you to have your BSN and be a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN).
Part-Time 24 hrs a week 12 hour day shift 7a-7p with e/o weekend rotation.
