Respond to telephone inquiries for requests for behavioral health information.

Triage incoming phone calls to appropriate clinical resource.

Schedule clinical evaluations

Perform clerical duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the dept.

Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.

Stay abreast of organizations programs and services

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in psychology, social work or related human service field or one to three years experience in Behavioral Health.

Knowledge of behavioral health and related medical terminology.

Ability to work independently and good problem solving skills.

Microsoft skills

Ability to interface and effectively communicate clinical information to physicians and other disciplines.

Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

This is a Limited Part time position with varied schedules. Weekend required.
