Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ensures all items are prepared and held per company specifications.
- Ensures ticket times remain within acceptable standards.
- Has extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients and promotions.
- Ensures company safety and sanitation specifications are followed.
- Ensures working area is kept clean and stocked.
- Cleans/stores/sanitizes equipment per company specifications.
- Provides excellent guest service.
- Special Forces Skill Certified within 60 days.
- Any other tasks deemed necessary.
- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking, standing, reaching, stooping, lifting (50 lbs. maximum), carrying, talking, and sitting.
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity.
- Minimum 6 months prior cooking experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to speak at least minimal English.
