The Contract Business Analyst plays an integral role in the Contract Management Team for
Adventist Healthcare and is responsible for administrative and contracting support for
The Supply Chain Management department. He / She will be responsible for working to
Reduce off-contract spend, coordinate completion of contract documents, manage /
Maintenance of contracts, increase Premier Contract pull-through, analyze the annual
spend on identified products and services, identify savings opportunities and rigorously
monitor / strive to meet realized saving goals. Actions and attitude should contribute to
the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, Most
extraordinary experience, Superior outcomes, Financial success for reinvestment, A
growing organization vital to the community, and Valued as a faith-based organization).
Bachelor's degree, full time status, excellent analytical skills, Microsoft Excel is a must.
