Conducts assessments, psychometric tests, interviews and observations.
Analyzes and evaluates patient data and findings and diagnose nature and condition of mental disorder.
Offers psychotherapy and medication management to patients.
Prepares and maintains confidential records and reports.
Ensures treatment plans are devised, updated and conducted.
Works in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Monitors the use of medicatiions.
Advises families on condition and treatment.
Current Maryland Medical Licensure
Board Certification in specialty
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interface with Senior Administration

Experience in and ability to deliver educational programs to medical and ancillary staff
Physician is expected to work 40 hours/week and to take call as scheduled with the Administrator of the Facility. In addition, physician will provide coverage for facility staff absences as mutually scheduled with the employer. Weekend coverage one in every six weekends.
