Administrative Supervisor - Nursing Administration and Resources
Supervises and coordinates nursing and staffing activities of the Nursing Division. Facilitates resolution of staffing issues; patient care problem management during off shifts in the absence of directors; supports all patient care decision-making initiatives in collaboration with charge nurses and department leaders
* Current Maryland RN license.
* Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.
* 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursingin an acute care setting
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience in an acute care setting.
* MSN or related advanced degree
Full Time, benefits eligible
Shift: Night Shift
Weekends:Rare (may work some Sunday nights)
