In this role, you will be working with the Clinical Nurse Manager to help mentor your team to grow professionally, advance their knowledge and skills, while also treating a limited number of patients on our 37 bed inpatient Progressive Care Unit.

In addition to the 1-2 years of Charge/ ANM nursing experience, strong Leadership and excellent communication skills, we'll need you to be licensed as an RN in Maryland (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state), have your American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification. Ideally, we would like for you to have your BSN and PCCN certification.

Work Schedule

Full-time 40 hrs. a week schedule to include (3)12 hour night shift (7pm- 7am) / 4 hours of admin. work, with every other weekend off.
